Dear world,Yesterday I got to go into the Botanic Garden for Dog Days of Summer! It was a special event just for dogs (well, we were allowed to bring our humans since they had the entrance fee money.) Anyway, it was really fun! First we went to all the tents and got samples (Rosy' s favorite part). Then I thought I saw a mirage since it was so hot, but I got to go into these pools to cool off. After, Dad got us some beef bullion flavored ice cones. We ate them while watching the contests. Can you believe Mom didn't enter me into the costume contest?!

What a great idea that the Garden had a special day just for pups! It looks like there was something fun for everyone. Maybe it will be an annual event.
