Dear world, I don't think I ever introduced you to my neighbor parrot friend Oscar. He always says hello when people and pups walk by. He is usually in his outside cage or inside when it is cold. But yesterday he was just hanging out, so I didn't have to bark loud to say hello. Rosy doesn't say hello to Oscar cause she thinks he is rude. He whistles when she walks by.

Datz so kewl to have a parrot friend! Rosy is so silly, she shud fink itz a compliment dat bird whistles at her! I wud lyke a bird friend, I cud look owt da window and dream abowt catchin dem.
